Title: Customer Data Management Analyst
Location: Roswell, GA
Type: 6 Month Contract
Pay: $17 to $20 per hour

Position Summary
The Customer Data Management Analyst will be responsible for a multi-step process involving the validation of customer data from one internal system to another. This process will be extremely detailed and will require the ability to analyze data and make validation decisions based on research performed.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and document correct customer information for select customer records based on data recorded in various currently deployed customer information systems
- Act upon assigned work lists to update customer data based on research and documentation, and requests originated by other areas of the organization, to reflect complete, accurate customer information and eliminate duplicate data
- Review customer agreements to gather specific contract terms and create sales contracts in ERP system
- Report work list progress to Senior Customer Data Management Analyst for inclusion in management progress reports
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years work experience
- Degree required
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills with passionate attention to detail
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Logical and analytical, with a strong sense of urgency
- Strong Excel skills and Office Suite knowledge required
- Hands on experience with Data projects, specifically data migration projects
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM concepts and structures
