DESCRIPTION
The Contractor will use industry-standard instructional design models in the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions in various delivery platforms including self-paced, interactive web-based, 3D virtual environments, synchronous and asynchronous virtual classroom, and instructor-led training. Will create job aids, workbooks, levels 1, 2 or 3 assessments, and/or student and instructor guides. Will have to coordinate with remote SMEs and other stakeholders in order to conduct needs analysis and usability assessments for deliverables. Knowledge and use of appropriate industry-standard development tools to create all training deliverables whether E-learning, training simulations, content storyboarding, Voice Over recordings, and graphics creation is required
