A world leading organization within the financial services sector is looking to bring on an enthusiastic and experienced Document Management Application Specialist on a nine month contract basis. This is an opportunity to become a vital member of the DMS team and significantly contribute to a number of diverse and fast paced internal projects.

A moderate amount of experience working within a high pressure environments providing document management system support is essential along with experience in a professional services firm for this CBD located role.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Autonomous experience using iManage WorkSite (completed the ICSE course)
  • Hands on experience using call logging software ( Remedy Preferred)
  • Experience using Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, SQL Management Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while working within a team based environment
Desired attributes will also include:
  • Understanding of best practice and change management processes
  • Strong customer focus and experience delivering excellent solutions
  • Understanding of escalation process and SLAs
  • Experience conducting testing activities, managing defects and documenting results
