Job Description:Program Manager, Middleware Currency
Program Manager of major components of theclient'swide Middleware Currency Upgrade initiative.
Work with the Program Director and across IT groups and application teams to reduce risk to client's by updating out of date software
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the program plan
- Investigating and suggesting resolution to issues
- Developing and supporting the Communication plan
- Supporting creation and following -up on Service Request/Request for Service activities
- Tracking Program budget
- Creating and maintaining program dashboard and metrics
- Collateral duties as assigned
Required Skills
- 10+ years of program/project management experience. Experience with technical projects.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and drive resolution of technical and business issues
- Analytical skills including preparing and tracking budgets
- Communication management including planning, organizing and structuring communication
- Organization and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Meeting planning and coordination
