Are you looking for a challenge? Do you like the excitement of travelling for projects? We have a great contract opportunity for a Server/Infrastructure Technician in the Elko, NV area for a strong global company. Travel to and from the site on a weekly basis and all associated expenses will be taken care of. The work week is Monday-Thursday (four ten hour work days).
Qualifications for Server/Infrastructure Technician:
Very strong Active Directory Skills including Group Policy
Strong working knowledge of vSphere (ESX 4.0)
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain SQL 2005 and 2008 environments
Basic understanding of EMC Celerra and SAN storage
Familiarity with Citrix XenApp
Experience with virtualization of Servers
Experience with ISA and Web Filtering (preferably WebSense)
Very high level of competence troubleshooting and resolving issues with unfamiliar business systems
Experience working on systems remotely
Current MSHA certification preferred
