Title: Oracle HCM Technical Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: 18 Month Contract
Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate 18 month contract opportunity for an Oracle HCM Technical Lead. Accepted candidates will have the skills to provide exceptional services to our client, helping them gain the optimum benefit from their Oracle E-business investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support roles in drafting the non-functional (technical) specifications and acceptance criteria for the system implementation services as directed
- Design and draft specifications and acceptance criteria for the ERP environments including Web access, security and performance requirements
- Design and draft strategy, specifications and acceptance criteria for successful data conversion for HR Personnel System, Oracle OBIEE and HR Datawarehouse
- Adhere to project protocols and guidelines, reporting to the project manager
Basic Requirements:
- Experience with the business processes in HR modules including as many as possible of: HR Core, Advanced Benefits, Self Service, OTL, Payroll, Compensation Workbench and iRecruitment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 plus years of experience in a similar role
