Immediate opportunity for an experienced Operational Human Resources Specialist to join a team working on a business-critical project.
You will be responsible for providing professional advice to line management on all matters relating to HR policy; disciplinaries, performance procedures, assisting line management on recruitment of staff, conducting job evaluations and much more. This project covers the whole spectrum.
We need a good all-rounder with solid experience. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or on your way towards the qualification. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be liaising with senior management.
In addition to the HR experience you will need to have good technical skills with MS Office (Excel, Access, etc).

This is based in great location commutable from Leeds, Halifax, Manchester, Oldham, Bradford, Morley, Huddersfield, Rochdale, etc.
