DESCRIPTIONThe Promotions Coordinator provides full-range administrative support to Promotional Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects through the regulatory review process
- Attend and participate in status report meetings
- Prepare and edit reports and presentations using Microsoft Office software
- Organize and maintain files
- Field incoming telephone calls and replies to routine inquiries
- Provide project management assistance when necessary
- Expedite flow of work, and initiate follow-up when necessary, particularly when supervisors are travelling
- Cooperate with other Promotions Coordinators in maintaining an efficient workroom
- Serve as back-up promotions support for any member of the team when necessary
- Bachelor's degree required
- MS Office expertise - Excel, Outlook, Word
- 1 -3 years of Project Coordination experience desired
