Description
Our client is seeking a Senior RF Specialist.The duties of the role includes (but not limited to):
* Act as RF Specialist in a National Role to support a significant project involving a combination swap and greenfield sites both 2G and 3G;
* Developing and publishing guidelines for the most efficient planning and engineering design for the network;
* Producing and implementing full Network Planning department end-to-end processes, including but not limited to departmental milestones that are harmonized with the main delivery project plan;
* Development of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy;
* Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements;
Skills required for the role include (but not limited to):
* Master's degree in engineering (IT or Telecom) or the equivalent theoretical background
* Minimum 7-15 years of relevant experience in the field of Radio Network Planning & Optimization at Senior Engineer level or above
* Familiar/excellent in the fundamentals of WCDMA/HSPA and GSM/GPRS/EDGE systems.
* Familiar with/excellent in multi vendors' wireless equipment operation and wireless network optimization.
* Experience in RNP&O presales and service delivery in large projects is a must.
