Ihre Aufgaben:
- At the information desk, provide information assistance to the internal or external customers according to their needs
- Manage the Information Center books collection (cataloguing, covering, shelving), and manage the Interlibrary loan service
- To participate in projects and initiatives to promote and develop the Information Center as the cutting-edge Knowledge place.
Ihre Qualifikation
- Library science degree or equivalent level of education
- At least two years experience working in a library or information center with a strong customer's relationship
- Interest in web 2.0 technologies
- Good English (international environment)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
