Description
CCCi has an immediate 4 month contract role in Dunwoody, GA for a Cisco Voice Engineer. The Cisco Voice Engineer is responsible for the support of all corporate supported phones running on Cisco Call Manager 6.x and 8.x.
Responsibilities:
- Management of facilities, including local and long distance
- Operational support for a Cisco Call Manager with Unity voice mail, unified messaging, Interactive Intelligence automatic call distribution system (ACD), Cisco Switches and Routers, and ISI call accounting
applications.
- Perform Windows Server support including troubleshooting, patch deployment, anti-virus maintenance, and verifying all backups are performed as scheduled.
- Function includes trouble management, consulting, needs assessment, communications configurations, design, procurement, implementation, service and support for all sites under the previously
mentioned locations.
- Be part of a team of skilled individuals who performs system maintenance, customer requests, upgrades, etc.

- Knowledge and skills to understand the needs of customers, anticipate these needs and provide valuable solutions to address these needs in a timely manner.
