Team's manufacturing client, needs a strong Project Manager to manage their Systems Merger.
The company recently purchased existing companies and now have to consolidate IT systems.

- Strong skills with processes and procedures
Essential Position Responsibilities:
Lead data conversion process from the planning phase through conversion execution
Development of an overall conversion/consolidation approach that will be utilized to coordinate the Identification of the Data Conversion items including data file extracts, uploads and reconciliations across all participating areas.
Coordinates identification and scoping of all required conversion files, including appropriate sources of data and appropriate conversion approach for the data elements.
Oversees build and unit testing of all extracts, loads and reconciliation tools
Development of the Data Conversion detailed playbook, including all of the plans, tasks, and sequence of events necessary for a coordinated and successful conversion. This playbook is a subset of the overall Implementation.
Basic Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a conversion lead in large complex projects.
At least 10 years of experience in senior project management roles.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities from a project management perspective
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to the target audience (technology, business, offshore, etc.). Demonstrates diplomatic negotiating and elicitation skills.
Strong understanding of Technology Application Architecture/Language and various Software Development Life Cycles
Excellent time management and organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; detail oriented.
Position can be worked remotely. However, client prefers candidates be located in North or South Carolina.
Occasional travel to corporate office located in Charleston, SC may be required.
