DESCRIPTIONThe Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing web content via a Content Management System (CMS). Will be working with business partners, clients (internal and external), project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to manage content for an external website.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customer-facing material is implemented correctly and efficiently and defects are completed per SLA timelines.
- Review, write, and manage content business/technical/design requirements.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience in a corporate environment
- Experience working in a Teamwork environment where coordination is essential to success
- Strong skills with Windows and Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Project, Word, Powerpoint
- Some experience working directly with Clients and Development teams
- Ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
- Online experience
- CMS experience
- Some HTML skills, either with editing programs (ie; Dreamweaver, Homesite) or without (ie, Notepad)
- Experience doing web content Implementation using a Content Management System (ie; ATG, Interwoven Teamsite)
- Experience testing online content in various browsers
- Experience with workflow processes
- Experience working on day-to-day tickets and major releases.
- Some JavaScript & CSS Scripting experience
- Experience in editing site templates
- Experience in publishing content files to tiered environments
- Some defect management experience
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/assignments, pay close attention to detail, thrive in a rapidly changing environment and meet short turnarounds and deadlines
- Extended hours and weekend release work may be required
