DESCRIPTION
The Channel Manager will make contact with the Spanish-speaking community and the hearing and speech loss communities in order to educate consumers about certain products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations which are tailored to the needs of individual consumer groups including Spanish-speaking community, deaf, and hearing and speech loss
  • Conduct customer informational meetings in Spanish, English, and American Sign Language
  • Provide ongoing support to customer base to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Educate customers on how to use all types of relay services including traditional relay, video relay, Internet relay, and captioned telephone services
  • Support marketing activities including attendance at conferences and trade shows

Qualifications:
  • Position is for 20 -25 hours per week and hours may vary according to outreach events. Some weekends and evenings may be required
  • Expert level experience in American Sign Language, Spanish, Presentation Skills, and Computer Literacy required
  • Intermediate level experience in time management, knowledge of the deaf community, and writing and communication skills required
