Web Content Developer - Boston, MA
Position Overview:
You will work as the primary web content developer for a major web initiative - Agent Portal Redesign project within an Insurance Company.
Responsibilities:
- Create seven Extranet sites using content management tool - Fatwire Content Server
- Take the approved content wireframes and post all content into the new site templates using Content Server
- Review the web copies before posting to ensure quality
- Pitch in to help with another major web project where the business unit's Intranet site is being transitioned over to SharePoint
- Occasionally edit or create web images/photos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be an expert in HTML and CSS
- Intermediate skills in Adobe PhotoShop
- Experience in using content management systems
- SharePoint experience will be a huge plus
- Solid communication, time, and task management skills
- Good writing skills - since the candidate will be relied on to review the web copy he or she is posting to ensure quality
- Ability to work from home during most of the work week - expected to have broadband access at home - laptop will provided
