Our large client, one of the worlds largest Global IT Outsourcing companies based in Macquarie Park, is going through a major growth phase and is needing the skills of an experienced EMC Certified Storage Engineer tp join theit large storage team.
Successful candidates would have the following experience:
- You must be certified in Celerra, Clariion and VMAX/DMX
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting SAN and NAS environments
- Experience in supporting complex Storage infrastructure such as EMC, HP and IBM
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a logical approach to resolution of incidents
- Experience in providing support and technical expertise on a number of projects
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in formulating professional technical documentation
