Infrastructure Project Manager

• Initial 6 month contract with view to extend

Our client, a well known property funds management company is currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract based in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for the total health of the Project, ensuring that the project meets its objectives, that the project deliverables are complete, produced to schedule, to budget and meet the quality specified. You will also be required to manage the project financials including monthly billing and revenue forecasting.

At the same time, you will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to manage various stakeholders across the business and more importantly have the ability to assess potential solutions and provide alternatives.

Other key skills include:

• 5+ years project management experience
• Prince2 certified or other project management qualification
• Experience managing infrastructure technology projects
• Proven experience in delivery of projects in the past within timeframe and allocated budget.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills
• Management of relationships with vendors and third party suppliers
