Web Hosting Administrator. Bournemouth
IIS, Proxy Servers, WebSphere, Weblogic and Tomcat. Installation configuration, tuning, maintaining and upgrading.
My high profile investment bank is looking for a top class Web Hosting Administrator to perform the following tasks at the highest grade;
you will be responsible for eCommerce software infrastructure installation and integration with business applications including level II & III 24x7 support.
Support for user acceptance and disaster recovery testing for Intranet and Internet application platforms.
Specific duties include software installation of Web, J2EE Application Server, Content management, web reporting, SSL certificates, and AD developed software; participation in user testing;
identification of critical processes for monitoring; and providing 24x7 on-call support.
You will participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and application development team members to analyse business requirements and outline the proposed IT solution.
You will be expected to participate in environment reviews; ensure that all solutions are aligned to predefined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application infrastructure
issues; and provide documentation for operation.
