We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator on a 9 month contract to cover maternity. We need someone who is willing to commit to the full 9 month period.

In terms of the role you will be involved in all aspects of Contracts administration including liaising with interims and Consultants to ensure that all paperwork is up to date and documented.

The Role:

  • Dealing with all new and extended contract paperwork generated by the system on a daily basis
  • Checking Terms & Conditions
  • Making amendments to contracts as needed
  • Filing and archiving all signed contracts complete with all relevant legal documents
  • Managing the daily contracts chase procedure for outstanding paperwork
  • Administer all contract queries via the admin inbox
  • Dealing with post and emails
  • Administering weekly interims payroll
  • Database management
