Business Analyst-SOX
SOX Business Systems Analysts review all SOX deliverables, ensure SOX compliance throughout the Release and Project Life Cycles and process documents through workflow for all approvals. A SOX Business Systems Analyst will also request activitiy tracking reports, compare activity to approved production installs reporting and log compliance or variations. A SOX Business Analysts will work closely with their assigned application IT group to ensure compliance with all established SOX gateways. The Analyst will participate in audit preparations and reviews and will provide internal peer reviews for adherence to processes and procedures.

SOX and Quality reviews of all Release based SOX documents
Preparing docs for approvals and tracking approvals
Working with other areas to correct SOX errors
Training resources who prepare SOX documents throughout the change life cycle
Reports analysis and logging (production activity to authorized access comparisons)

Information about the project: The mission of the SOX Operations group is to perform reviews of all documents requiring SOX components throughout the life cycle of any production change (Scheduled Releases, Patches, or unexpected or off-cycle changes), prepare them for appropriate SOX approvals, oversee and ensure compliant timings of change activities against approval for those activities and to assist in preparing for Quarterly Audits, Weekly Activity Reviews and Annual Compliance review.
