DESCRIPTIONThe Online Marketing Coordinator with Content Management System Experience will assist with multiple functions including marketing, merchandising, and in-stock management of accessories in an eCommerce channel. Work directly with many teams including Catalog, Creative Services, Release Management, Supply Chain, and Production.
Responsibilities
- Manage, merchandise and update accessories promotions.
- Coordinate with the Product Managers to execute the changes/additions in a timely manner.
- Launch new accessories online.
- Able to keep up with a steady stream of optimization efforts in place to meet sales goals.
- Develop strong relationships that result in partnering with internal teams to produce accurate marketing messages across all channels.
- Analyze, report and communicate metrics on merchandising efforts of accessories.
- Proactively manage operations with Supply Chain to minimize inventory outages.
- Experience as a data analyst and some experience with Content Management Systems.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and two years of experience
- Experience working with web sites
- Experience working with Content Management Systems
- Data Analysis skills
- Minimum of two years experience in marketing
- Strong written and data analytical skills
- Online eCommerce experience
- Creative thinker
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple, complex tasks, and able to work with several groups at once
- Understand web technology, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understand online retail and merchandising
- Strong communication skills and be a proven team contributor
- Must be analytical and have experience using KPIs to make business decisions

Experience working with Content Management Systems, Data management in CMS, Data Analysis Skills, Marketing 2+ years, Online/eComm experience, Microsoft Office
