This role will see you contribute to the security architecture across the Australian Region. It requires strong and effective thought leadership and an ability to articulate security risks in their proper business context to both technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop security solution architectures to meet specific business needs and where appropriate further define these architectures in the context of reusable security design and deployment patterns.
- Provide high-level security consultancy to projects during the concept and architecture phases
- Ensure traceability from business risk requirements through security architectures and designs and into deployed security solutions.
- Lead, coach and mentor resources in the design & testing areas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Monitor emerging technologies, industry developments, directions, and best practices in the security field
- Promote secure application development standards across all development
- Ensuring that all security solutions are articulated in the context of our enterprise security architecture
Relevant skills:
- Extensive experience of security architecture and design.
- Solution Architecture experience with a security focus across infrastructure/applications
- Strong consulting skills, especially with stakeholders
- Proven ability to develop strategic security infrastructure architecture in a large and complex environment
