Description
SC Cleared Human Factors Specialist needed for a contract role in Bristol or Surrey. You will be developing Human Factors Requirements, conducting an Early Human Factors Analysis, developing a Human Factors Baseline and a Target Audience Description. The role is for 30 days initially at a rate of up to £400 per day.
Experience Required/Qualifications: Mandatory/Desirable
* SC cleared
* Degree in human sciences based subject.
* Registered Member of the Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors.
* Experience of HF integration within a MoD procurement programme
* Good working knowledge of Human Factors Integration into the design process.
* Specialist knowledge of human factors assessment methods.
* Good communication skills (written and verbal).
* Proven ability to integrate with engineering and safety assurance teams to deliver efficient HF solutions within tight timescales.
You will be required to hold a minimum of SC security clearance. If you do not hold an active SC or DV clearance please familiarise yourself with the vetting process before applying.
