Description
A vacancy has arisen at a leading banking institution for a Senior Business Analyst who has prior experience in Basel II and Credit Risk. The Senior Business Analyst is required to help develop business requirements and manage a small team of Business Analysts. The team is responsible for developing requirements and high level solutions for changes required in the group level capital calculation and reporting systems.
Responsibilities will include: -
* managing and coordinating work among Business Analysts
* supporting the Business Analysts in stakeholder/business user liaison and management
* supporting Senior Management in work prioritisation
* supporting Senior Management in liaising with IT to progress solution
* where required, conducting analysis and solution discussion for key requirements (where the BA's may need support)
Key Skills:
* minimum of 5 years change management experience
* good knowledge of Basel 2
* good knowledge of credit risk
* team management/people management experience
* requirements development or functional specification experience
* knowledge of system development life cycle
* experience in testing, deployment or business transition advantageous
* COREP/CEBS reporting knowledge advantageous
