Senior Project manager - Banking - London - Circa £540 per dayA leading retail bank requires a Senior Project Manager to participate in a market leading Internet banking programme.
You will be part of a change team which assesses, prioritises and initiates small business change and will work closely with theme teams responsible for delivery of these changes. You will work closely with the workstream lead for small change and will be accountable for defining a robust demand/pipeline of change.
You will also be responsible for reporting on change requests received, their status, creating a pipeline of work for the appropriate delivery teams (usually small/BAU changes will reside in the Sales or Service or Public Website delivery teams).
You will provide clarity in terms of plans and progress, through accurate and timely tracking, reporting and aggregating of information to support effective decision making at all levels.
The successful applicant will help to establish the priority of each change, how benefits can be realised, and how the change fits strategically with Digital channel strategic plans. This will be accomplished via completing pre-assessments for all new BAU changes to ascertain the viability, benefits, ROI and Operational impacts of each proposition before recommending progression and priority of delivery.
You will be responsible for leading the BAU change decision making forums working with the Roadmap Team and Themes to ensure decision making is rapid, changes are channelled to the appropriately and delivery teams are appropriately prioritized and decisions communicated effectively.
Provide active and effective stakeholder management for both Digital and non Digital initiated change, working closely with the relevant Digital team and external Business change teams to achieve this.
