COLL Specialist - Compliance
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- To prepare self-certifications and management information packs
- To administer and action outcomes of monitoring visits from trustees, clients and depositaries
- To assist and support the monitoring activities of the business unit in relation to COLL
- To provide compliance advice to business areas
- To contribute to the improvement of compliance procedures and processes
- To escalate relevant issues, where required
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes operations and business practices
- Excellent knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes regulations (as per COLL Sourcebook)
- Excellent understanding of FSA regulations
- Strong knowledge and application of compliance best practice
- Strong knowledge of the Asset Management industry/experience within an Investment Management organisation
- Applied knowledge of his regulatory impact upon business practices
- Well developed planning and analysis skills
