Customer service advisor/IT/Derby/investment bank

This is a great opportunity to work for an investment bank in Derby!

We are looking for a Request Management Analyst to join the Managed Service Team in Derby.

The candidate should be enthusiastic and keen and have strong experience on the customer service side.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely processing of exception requests, rejections and those requests requiring manual co-ordination/workflow!
  • Processing/logging requests via e-mail to team mailboxes from Global customers/IT support teams.
  • Monitoring of Remedy assignment groups relevant to specific team role functions and following process as required
  • Candidates are expected to have Previous experience of working in a process/workflow driven environment supporting customers in a complex setting
  • Experience of using an automated helpdesk workflow tool for Request Management!
