DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Support consultant will perform multi-step ordering processes that require the use of web based tools/forms and email.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality check on orders to verify accuracy and completeness.
- May need to consult with sales and other departments to gather necessary information/documents.
- Responsible for order tracking milestones.
- Maintain consistent adherence to scorecard metrics.
- Escalate as necessary to ensure performance levels are maintained.
- Provide status to sales/customer throughout ordering process.

- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage numerous projects.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility - able to adjust work load based on needs.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer contact skills.
- Good attendance.
- Be able to update/maintain a spreadsheet to track,
