DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Support consultant will perform multi-step ordering processes that require the use of web based tools/forms and email.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality check on orders to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • May need to consult with sales and other departments to gather necessary information/documents.
  • Responsible for order tracking milestones.
  • Maintain consistent adherence to scorecard metrics.
  • Escalate as necessary to ensure performance levels are maintained.
  • Provide status to sales/customer throughout ordering process.

Qualifications
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage numerous projects.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Flexibility - able to adjust work load based on needs.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Customer contact skills.
  • Good attendance.
  • Be able to update/maintain a spreadsheet to track,
  • Be willing to escalate to get information needed.
