Are you passionate about quality? Do you have experience leading quality initiatives in aged care? Are you a Registered Nurse Div. 1 wanting to make a difference in the lives of older Australians? This could be the role you are looking for!

Committed to supporting their facility managers to achieve their goals, this well known and respected NFP aged care provider has created two new roles covering East and West areas, to assist with quality, clinical governance and other ad hoc projects. The Quality and Project Coordinators form part of the Residential Services senior management team and will also play a lead role in coordination the delivery of designated organisation wide projects.

Your role will be varied and will include educating and mentoring Residential Service Managers and their teams to provide best practice care to residents, effective and efficient usage of their clinical and care management database and quality standards as well as leading and implementing identified projects.

You will be instrumental in embedding the quality culture at all levels across the residential services, conducting internal audits designed to provide opportunities for improvement in a positive and supporting environment. You will be committed to exceeding the accepted standards and setting the benchmark for the industry in years to come.

It is essential that you will be a division 1 nurse with extensive aged care experience. You will have previous audit experience and potentially be a fully accredited aged care assessor. Likely to be hands on, you will thrive on the challenges faced by residential aged care in the current environment. You will demonstrate a sound commitment to the provision of the highest quality care and be a champion for residents in their care needs.

In return you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who are all committed to client centred care and to having a positive impact on the quality of life of their residents. This is an exciting time to join this innovative care provider in a role that is vital to their ongoing success. If you think you have what it takes to fill this exceptional opportunity then we would like to hear from you.
