This is your opportunity to join the Brisbane office of this national, ASX listed Data Networking company to manage the transition of a new client with a 15 person Service Desk team to their out-sourced services centre. The initial engagement is for 3 months with possible extensions.
To be successful in this role you will possess some or all of the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of IT Service Desk operations
- Knowledge of underlying technologies that support SD operations
- PM experience in an infrastructure environment
- Strong people skills
This role requires specific experience in the Service Desk/Call Centre environment where an overall understanding of how systems and resources work together to deliver a positive customer (end user) experience. You will have a background in the SD environment and have a track record of delivering on-time and on budget.
