My client, a leading Investment Bank, has an urgent requirement for an outstanding Senior Business Analyst with an extensive background in Base Metals and Logistics to join a transformational project with the aim of creating a systematic method of reporting future state processes within the Logistics space. This involves updating current processes which are currently spreadsheet based to something more robust. This is a front to back role in a very specific area and you therefore must be able to bring product expertise as well as a strong understanding of Finance reporting.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven expertise as a Business Analyst within Commodities with specific expertise in Base Metals and Logistics including front to back knowledge of the trade life cycle
- Proven in depth understanding of physical trading
- Strong understanding of Product Contol and Risk
- Strong understanding of Finance Reporting within Commodities from trade booking to GL
- Proven background as a BA in large scale Transformation projects within Commodities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills alongside strong end to end BA skills
