Description of Work:
HSPHD IT is undertaking an effort to implement IBM Enterprise Records to support their records management requirements. Currently HSPHD manages many client files in the Enterprise Communications Framework (ECF). This is a FileNet P8 environment. We want to implement IBM Enterprise Records to assist with records management in this system. In addition, we are still managing paper records and want a central location for the management of these records. The county owns the software and is looking for configuration and implementation in one environment.

Impact/Outcome:
The outcome of this project will the successful implementation of IBM Enterprise Records with our electronic and paper records. It will include significant advances in the use of technology and workflow capability through the implementation of the IER. This will significantly enhance our ability to manage our records in a more efficient and consistent manner.
