Description
We require a Band 6 Physiotherapist with at least 18 months recent Neuro experience.This post is part of a multidisciplinary Intermediate Care team providing short term intensive input (up to 12 weeks) to clients in their own homes and local community and forms part of the Early Supported Stroke Discharge pathway.
We require the cover for approximately 3 months.
