- Deep technical specialist for strategic implementation of applications into Citrix AppV 64Bit environment
- Analysis of the application in regards to determine best way for the implementation into the customers environment
- Troubleshooting of Citrix/AppV related packaging issues
- Single point of contact for application owners on the customer side
- Support packaging teams with best practice and customized solutions for packaging/sequencing
- Analysis of platform related issues causing implementation issues
- Support developer teams in creating Installation instruction documentation
