Description
We are looking for several Tools Transformation Project Managers! These opportunities are long term contract positions in North Texas, and can be done remotely.
The qualified Project Managers will be responsible for managing tools transformation projects for HP globally.
DUTIES:
1. Apply experience & SME knowledge to solve complex business issues within established guidelines and recommend alternatives.
2. Work with problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
3. Provide direction to team activities and facilitate information validation, including team decision-making process.
4. Track key deliverables.
5. Manage project teams globally.
6. Provide both high level and detailed view into the program.
7. Coordinate activities between the regions and PMO, as well as assist in coordination between other organizations where dependencies exist.
8. Attend project status meetings and meetings with end user groups.
9. Act as a first point of escalation at project level and escalate to Program Manager/Leader as appropriate.
REQUIRED:
1. Project Management skills with Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
2. Availability to work within the assigned regional work hours.
DESIRED:
Along with a strong Project Management background, knowledge of technical architecture and HP tools.
CERTIFICATIONS:
PMP preferred
