DESCRIPTION
The Network Services/Support consultant will provide 24/7 support to a network by monitoring service related key performance indicators, SNMP alarms, and customer trouble tickets.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot indicators using knowledge of UNIX command line structure, TCP/IP and routing protocols, and GSM 0340 RF standards.
  • Work intricately to support production operation teams in identify issues and troubleshooting root causes to increase network performance and ensure service reliability.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of UNIX, Cisco, Openview/Netcool, TCP/IP required.
  • Intermediate knowledge of RF, DMZ, Firewwall, SMPP, SS7, GSM0340 desired.
