LRS (Language Recruitment Services) are currently recruiting a French/Spanish Trilingual Sales Administrator for their client in NW London
The French/Spanish Trilingual Sales Administrator will work as part of a small team dealing with client order in the UK, France and Spain.
Duties will include:
"Processing and distribution of sales orders on SAP
"Efficient filing and matching of quotations to enquiries
"Efficient handling, filing, distribution and posting on SAP of customer orders
acknowledgements/Confirmations
"Opening, maintaining and correctly filing up to date customer order files with
copies of all relevant documents
"Dealing with shipping documents
"Communicating with customers by telephone/fax/e-mail with order and delivery
status
"Preparation of invoices, packing lists and ship docs.
"Follow through with transport/customs clearance
"Dealing with telephone enquiries and correspondence
"Support members of the Administration and Accounts Team as and when
required including holiday cover
Requirements
Fluency in English and French with good level of Spanish
Experience in customer service
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Good MS office skills and knowledge of SAP would be great
