DESCRIPTION
The Engineer will work in an on site customer facing team to support LAN/WAN. Provide day to day support, analyze complex layer one through seven errors from the network prospective, and work with team and Cisco TAC to isolate and resolve network issues.

Qualifications
  • WireShark expertise
  • Router Debug and Switch Debug skills
  • WLAN and WLAN/LAN analyses experience
  • Cisco UCC 7.1 knowledge desired
  • Cisco enterprise class Router and Switch expertise
  • Security experience
  • Seven years of networking experience
  • Experience with Cisco enterprise Routers and Switches
  • Five years experience in a large LAN/WAN installation
  • Good customer skills
  • Required certifications: CCNP
