Description
The Citrix Test Manager is responsible for coordinating the testing within the new Citrix environment being created for a major banking client.
Responsibilities
Planning
- Setup Testing Program for the Citrix Project
- develop test plans for development, testing and production
- liaise with client resources to develop and validate test case and scenarios
- work with client to understand desired test levels
Management
- Manage the Citrix Test Team through the test life cycle for the project
- coordinate and validate testing sign off
- set up the Citrix Test Team
- coordinate the UAT testing with client resources
The successful candidate will assist with the identification, development and delivery if infrastructure testing scenarios for the Test Team in consultation with the Infrastructure and Architects Team. They will also assist with the delivery of Citrix Documentation Testing and application teams along with the responsibility of monitoring and control of workflows, processes and staffing in regards to testing requirements for the project.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are required along with a competency in establishing relationship at management levels and a strong experience in engaging with stakeholders.
