My client is a Major Investment Bank who are looking for an Operational Risk Business Analyst to join their team.
Duties:
Develop a prioritised plan for enhancing the Group's Operational Risk reporting.
Review available internal & external data sources from which more value can be squeezed.
Engage with key stakeholders to:
Identify additional sources of information and content; and
Develop and agree a calendar for periodic reporting.
Define for each new component of the Operational Risk reporting:
The form and content of the additional reporting;
The precise source of the data and the timing of its availability; and
The 'man-effort' required to prepare each new component of the report.
Must have:
Broad knowledge of Operational Risk management.
Proven ability to lead and influence across the organisation.
Proven track record of delivering projects.
Broad knowledge of the financial services.
Communication, interpersonal, team-working and organisational skills.
Influencing and conflict resolution.
Collaborating with the wider Operational Risk and Risk Management.
Knowledge of change within Credit Risk Reporting
