Practice Based Commissioning - Mental Health - NHS London - 6 months
My client, a large NHS Trust based in London, requires an experienced Mental Health Commissioning Interim for a 6 month contract beginning in October.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to produce detailed reports and spreadsheets. You will have strong data analysis skills including budget management and a strong understanding of PbR and activity analysis relating to acute activity.
In addition you will have;
Strong interpersonal skills and be a good communicator
Able to interface effectively with a wide range of people, professionals, stakeholder groups
Use own initiative and have a 'can do' attitude
Have an ability to work on multiple projects and have proven project management skills - does not need to be PRINCE Qualified.
Does not require a substantial level of supervision, training or development in the role
Have experience of working with primary care clinicians and GP practices
Have an understanding of mental health services and interface with local authority provision
Understand or have knowledge of legislative requirements for NHS/LA
Able to travel to different sites within the Trust area
Able to work five days per week
