We are seeking a Sr. Project Management Leader for our client in Reston, VA.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
Experienced with organizational change and process/tool adoption
Experience defining success metrics ideally around project management processes
Experienced supporting Knowledge of project management processes essential
Ability to get up to speed quickly and deliver results
Planview or other PPM tool experience is helpful
Experience deploying a tool within an organization - PPM, CRM, ERP, etc.
Need understanding of organizational change management, process/tool adaption and metrics definition/evaluation.
There is a tactile/detail oriented part of this job logistics for training, thinking through details of deployment, etc.
There is a much broader aspect too making sure the organization is ready to make the changes required.
Key Activities:
Drive organizational change management of the PPM implementation
Define and ensure needed metrics can be operationalized
Manage and coordinate end user training
Support deployment efforts from a change management perspective
