The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for outsourced service delivery management, staffing management, and some administrative support for our client. Management of teams comprise of both onshore and offshore members. 

Responsibilities not limited to:
Strong in Software Development and Support Management. Cross organization (internal, client and Vendor) coordination and project schedule synchronization
Manages department and staff
Manages programs and processes for the client.
Manage multiple support and enhancement projects, priorities and deadlines
Interacts with customer personnel frequently, interacts with team on a day-to-day basis, interacts with management to share status, escalate issues, and perform day-to-day work
Handles abstract project delivery issues. Working in a fast paced environment for delivery of new software products and enhancements
Receives broad management direction and assistance with issues
Solve problems independently to meet project and service delivery objectives such as SLAs, project timelines, and project budgets

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
10+ years delivery leadership in an outsourcing environment
5+ years leading a large applications development team in an outsourcing environment
4+ years leading large global onshore/offshore delivery teams
Experience in the following technologies: SAP, BI or SharePoint
ITIL a plus
Proven track record solving problems independently to meet project and service delivery objectives such as SLAs, project timelines, and project budgets
Pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
