Description
Qualification Test Engineer needed to work cross-functionally assisting to fill gaps in the development and verification of Embedded software.Responsibilities Include:- Testcase documentation- System hardware and software configuration and test automation- Install and manage software products in Windows, Linux or VMware Operating Systems- Enterprise SAN environment configuration of storage and Switches Qualifications:- Embedded software testing- Installing hardware drivers on Windows, Linux, VMware or other Unix OS- Hardware installation including rack mounting servers, installing PCI and Mezzanine cards, running Ethernet and Fibre cables- Office and test software including: MS Word, MS Excel, Medusa Test Tools and Mercury Quality Center- Knowledge of Fibre Channel and Network basicsPluses:- Testing fibre channel SAN and Networking products- Experience installing operating systems, driver management and troubleshooting using message logs- FCoE and iSCSI
