Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Primary Purpose of the Job:
Reviewing Material Requirements Planning (MRP), determining manufacturing and purchasing quantities.

Coordinating product rework, ensuring appropriate levels of inventory and ensuring timely delivery at the DC.

Essential Job Functions:
Reviews MRP and orders finished goods and components according to WHVs inventory holding guidelines and procedures; monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Interacts with Territory Demand Planning team to continually improve execution and implementation of the Demand Plan, including interpretation and analysis of system generated reports.
Manages timely delivery of materials according to release date driven critical path.
Responsible for information and data integrity, system reconciliation including, Goods receipting, Idoc resolution, stock movements and invoicing queries.
Interfaces with Territory Operations staff (Marketing and Demand Planning) as well as Vendors regarding product supply related matters and resolve issues .
Simultaneous coordination of multiple releases with adherence to their respective critical paths.
Performs a variety of administrative functions that are essential in supporting the overall objectives.
Recommends improvements to management and performs special projects as requested by management.

Selection Criteria
Relevant Previous Work Experience
Proven experience working with a Supply Chain in home entertainment or related field.
Skills Required
Strong planning and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external liaisons.
Computer proficiency and full working knowledge of supply chain systems (eg SAP/ERP/Business Objects).

Education/Qualifications
Graduate level preferred.
