An Employee Services Representative is needed to provide direct customer service via phone line and email. Analyzes various situations and determines best course of action from standard procedures.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years progressive customer service experience
  • Team lead experience preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
