DESCRIPTION
The Engineer will work in an on site customer facing team to support a large LAN/WAN network. Provide day to day support, analyze complex network faults, have experience with Cisco enterprise Routers and Switches, and work with team and Cisco TAC to isolate and resolve network issues.

  • Qualifications
    • Five years experience in a large LAN/WAN installation.
    • Cisco Cat and Cisco Router Configuration experience.
    • Good customer skills.
    • Knowledge of WLAN/LAN analyses.
    • Knowledge of wireless controllers.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • VPN experience required.
    • Required Certifications: CCNA.
