DESCRIPTION
The Engineer will work in a on site customer facing team to support a large LAN/WAN network. Provide day to day support, analyze complex layer one through seven errors from the network prospective, have experience with Cisco enterprise Routers and Switches, and work with team and Cisco TAC to isolate and resolve network issues.

Qualifications
  • BS in Info Technology or equivalent
  • Required Certifications: CCNP
  • WireShark expertise
  • Router and Switch Debug experience
  • WLAN, WLAN/LAN analyse skills
  • Cisco UCC 7.1 knowledge
  • Cisco enterprise class Router and switch experience
  • 7 years of networking experience
  • 5 years of experience in a large LAN/WAN installation
  • Good customer

    WireShark, Router Debug, Switch Debug, WLAN, WLAN/LAN Analyses, Cisco UCC 7.1, Cisco enterprise class Router and Switch, Security, 7 YEARS NETWORKING EXPERIENCE, BS in Info Technology or equivalent
