Swap Coordinator Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Swap Coordinator to join their team.The main duties will involve the following (but not limited to):
- Manage Site Swap, delivery performance management and supervision of the subcontractors including base station and/or transmission equipment installation and commissioning. Involves working at night to coordinate swap activities.
- Gather site information to ensure site readiness for base station and/or transmission equipment swap and commissioning.
- Ensure any materials required for RAN swap are made available in a timely manner via the appropriate Site Controller.
- Handling and coordinating of site swap and integration issues, escalation as required.
- Conduct site acceptance according to the acceptance procedure and standard.
- Coordinate to receive Real Time Acceptance of the swapped RAN site and follow up acceptance.
Skills required for the role include: (but not limited to):
- Previous hands-on experience as a Senior Technician on large scale projects of swapping RAN sites.
- Solid working knowledge of current telecommunications technology platforms and associated professional services, including 2G, 3G and transmission networks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage installation and integration teams at the site level.
- Proficient on Microsoft tools for regular updated scheduling and tracking on site implementation.
- 2+ years of rollout experience working in telecommunications deployment projects at the site level within Australia or New Zealand preferred.
- Valid Australian Driving License.
