A contract opportunity has arisen for an experience Senior Learning Specialist within the telecommunication sector. This role will see the successful candidate lead the development of annual and quarterly learning plans, engage with clients to gather crucial requirements and manage the deployment of complex learning programs. Located within the CBD this role will see the senior learning specialist develop essential initiatives and significantly impact the organization.Specific requirements for the role include:
- Proven experience in a senior consulting role and experience managing small teams
- Previous experience in the learning domain along with experience in the following areas: Learning design, learning facilitation across a broad range of project types, general learning management and learning consulting
- An ability to coach, manage and drive a team whilst building a strong learning environment to increase and lead to team to achieving successful results
- Experience managing multiple project to completion, setting expectations and clear priorities to team members
The successful candidate will also have the following:
- A significant amount of experience in a similar role with either relevant tertiary qualifications or specialized vocational skills.
- Excellent communication skills across a number of difference groups
- An ability to negotiate and influence clients and key stakeholder
